Yesterday, the IX SER Navarra Awards were held, an event that recognizes the effort and excellence in different areas of Navarre’s society. Among the ten award winners, the Gastronomic Award was given to the Chistorra de Navarra Denomination of Origin, a recognition of the quality and tradition of this emblematic product.

In Embutidos Arrieta, as producers of artisan chistorra from Zubiri, Navarra, we could not miss this recognition that values the work of those who keep alive the essence of this sausage so much ours.
