Forging a Centennial Tradition
Embutidos Arrieta, a tradition that has lasted since the 19th century. Founded by Alberto Arrieta in 1885 in Zubiri, the company has evolved over four family generations. Valentín Arrieta and Nieves Artaiz took the reins, transforming the business and specializing in the production and distribution of quality sausages. Mikel and Rosario Arrieta, together with Kontxi Puñal, continued the tradition, adapting it to modern times.
