Amounts less than 50€ will be charged:

  • 6€ for Navarra.
  • 15 for other provinces of the Iberian Peninsula.

NAVARRA

Orders placed before before on THURSDAY at 12:00 noonyou will receive them in the next 24/48 hours of working days.

Orders placed after after THURSDAY at 12:00 noon will be prepared and shipped on Monday, or the next business day.

IBERIAN PENINSULA

Orders placed before before before WEDNESDAY at 12:00 hoursyou will receive them in the next 24/72 hours on working days.

Orders placed after after WEDNESDAY at 12:00 noon will be prepared and shipped on Mondays.

Returns

Generally there are two causes for returning orders or products:

  1. Right of revocation:

Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, of the Retail Trade Ordinance, grants the Customer the right to revoke the requested order within seven working days of receipt of the same, after prior notice.

  1. Return due to product defects, defects in transportation or shipping error:

If, at the time of delivery, it is visibly and clearly visible, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transit or it is appreciated, in the same way, an error in the goods received, the customer must communicate it within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased in CÁRNICAS ARRIETA S.L., you may return them within a period not exceeding 48 hours, due to the nature of the goods purchased, since they are perishable and fresh products, which does not allow it.

Returns must be sent together with the delivery note. And the refund will be made by credit note.

Please note that according to the carrier’s regulations: The ALBARAN of delivery is the proof of the condition of the goods. The consignee is obliged to state upon delivery if the shipment is damaged and if the shipment is complete. Therefore, claims will not be accepted if it does not appear on the delivery note and if the claim is made after 48 hours after delivery. We recommend that you do not sign a delivery note before receipt of the goods, and if the delivery person says otherwise, we recommend that you do not receive or note this fact on the delivery note.

It is important to note any anomaly of the product on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If it has not been possible to record the fact on the delivery note, please contact us, by e-mail or telephone, on the same day of delivery, or in any case, within 48 hours of delivery.

In case of replacement of a defective product, CÁRNICAS ARRIETA S.L. undertakes to deliver to the customer another product in perfect condition. In the event that this replacement cannot be made, the customer will be reimbursed the totality of any amount advanced.

Regarding the return of products, transportation costs, both delivery and return that apply, will be borne by the buyer, as well as all bank charges generated on account of this transaction. Returns that do not come in their original packaging in perfect condition and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted.
