Chistorra in Puff Pastry with Honey and Mustard

Ingredients:

  • Arrieta Spicy Chistorra
  • Puff pastry dough
  • Honey
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Egg (for varnishing)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into long strips.
  1. Wrap each piece of chistorra sausage with a strip of puff pastry.
  1. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush them with beaten egg.
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  1. Mix honey and mustard to serve as a dip.
